Synopsis

A bad-tempered drugstore owner strikes up an unconventional friendship with one of her customers, a timid schoolgirl obsessed with a certain boy. The film stars Kana Kobayashi of AKB48 as a high school girl named Emi who befriends a middle-aged drug store owner named Otsuka. Otsuka offers Emi seemingly strange advice which is gradually explained through flashbacks of her own past.
